What to write about where
- Anything at all — shops@jetsam.surf. Login codes not arriving, a listing that should not be up, a photo you want taken down, a question about your data.
- Billing and receipts — those live with Paddle, who are the merchant of record for slot payments. Your receipt email has their link, and refunds and cancellation explains the rest.
- A deal that went wrong — we are honestly not able to help. Jetsam introduces people and holds no money. Don't get done is the closest thing to protection there is here.
What we are not
Not an escrow service, not a shipper, not an insurer, not a party to any sale. Two people meet at a beach and swap a board for cash. That is the whole arrangement.
